Welcome to RegPilot. By accessing or using regpilot.io and its services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1 What RegPilot Offers

RegPilot provides crypto token safety analysis tools and related services:

• Free Trust Score Checker — analyze any Solana, Ethereum, BSC, or other supported chain token for rug pull risk indicators, freeze authority, honeypot patterns, and holder distribution. No account required.
• Wallet Watchdog ($14/month) — 24/7 automated monitoring of your specified wallets, with real-time email alerts when risk signals are detected.
• Pro Tier ($39/month) — all Wallet Watchdog features plus unlimited trust score checks, priority analysis, and advanced reporting.
• Project Certification — a B2B service for crypto projects seeking third-party safety verification for display to their communities.

2 Free Trust Score Checker

The free trust score checker is available to anyone without registration. By using it, you acknowledge:

• Results are generated from third-party data sources (GoPlus Security, DEXScreener, and on-chain data) that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
• A high trust score does not guarantee a token is safe to purchase or hold.
• A low trust score does not mean a token is definitively a scam.
• RegPilot reserves the right to rate-limit or restrict access to prevent abuse.

3 Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed by Stripe. RegPilot does not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time via email to regpilot@polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents service delivery, contact us within 7 days for a review.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• RegPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from reliance on trust scores, alerts, or any content on the Platform.
• RegPilot does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. Monitoring alerts may be delayed or missed due to technical issues.
• RegPilot is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data provided by third-party APIs (including GoPlus Security, DEXScreener, and blockchain explorers).
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cancel your subscription and discontinue use.
• In no event shall RegPilot's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to RegPilot in the 3 months preceding the claim.

5 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or API restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-query the Platform without prior written consent.
• Misrepresent RegPilot's trust scores in marketing materials or in ways that could mislead investors.
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of any person or project.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary scoring algorithms.
• Upload, transmit, or link to malicious code or content.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6 Account Termination

RegPilot may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Abuse of the free checker or paid services.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Any activity we reasonably believe harms RegPilot, other users, or the broader crypto community.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing regpilot@polsia.app. Upon termination, access to paid features ceases at the end of the current billing period.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, visual designs, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by RegPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Crypto token data is sourced from third-party providers. RegPilot does not claim ownership of on-chain data or third-party API responses.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. RegPilot expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any data or analysis will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) the Platform is free of viruses or harmful components.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for subscribers) or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
